the thind residence sits in the rural town of ramarama. rough bricks were carefully considered to achieve a rustic atmosphere for the clients. a contrast between the rough materials and the simple surrounding farmlands is created providing a hierarchy as you look from afar. the design language speaks for itself, a long American inspired home brought into our rural new Zealand land forming a fusion of cultures that catered towards the clients brief.
