One of our recently constructed family homes with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a big living room, a separate dining spot, and a handy attached garage. The site had steep fall of 8m posing a design challenge we had overcome. We worked with the land, not against it. Which resulted in a unique outcome of the garage being on the top floor. You can soak in the city views from the sunny balcony. It’s set up for a relaxed lifestyle, mixing modern comforts with a spot that’s not too far from the hustle of Central Auckland.
